At Medical Source, we aim to provide transparent and reliable shipping options tailored to your needs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free shipping is no longer offered.

Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Handling Times

Average Handling Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery includes both lead time (processing and packaging) and transit time.
- Expedited shipping does not reduce handling time; it only shortens transit time.

Shipping Outside Contiguous U.S. and Canada

Shipping costs for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be calculated at checkout. To view shipping costs:

Add items to your cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter your full shipping address to see available shipping options and rates.

Expedited Shipping

If you’re under time constraints, expedited shipping options are available and calculated at checkout based on item weight and quantity. Please note that expedited shipping does not shorten the handling time.

Freight Shipping

For large items requiring freight delivery:

Dock-to-Dock Shipping: $295 per oversized item within the contiguous U.S. (requires a loading dock or forklift).
Curbside Delivery: $395 per oversized item within the contiguous U.S. (customer is responsible for unpacking and disposing of materials).
- Curbside delivery is unavailable for beds to residential addresses.
Freight shipping outside the contiguous U.S. incurs additional charges.

Freight Delivery Details:

Delivery: Weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM.
Delivery appointments or exceptions are available for an additional fee.
Any notable damage should be reported to the delivery driver, and the order should be refused if necessary.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery.
Report visible damage to the carrier immediately.
Report non-visible damage to Medical Source within 48 hours of delivery.

If your product is damaged beyond use, refuse the shipment and notify Medical Source promptly.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
The recipient is responsible for covering any customs-related costs and ensuring required documentation is submitted.
Failure to provide documentation or pay customs fees may result in order cancellation. All incurred shipping fees and return charges will be deducted from the refund.
