All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  •   Raised Toilet Seats and Commodes  
  •   Anything open, used, or tried-on  
  •   Disposable Medical Products (Ex. Face Masks, Syringes, Gloves)

  •   Sale Items
  •   COVID Test Kits


Order Cancellations

Orders are eligible for cancellation in the event a customer no longer wants/needs the product ordered. In order to be eligible for cancellation the request must be put in to customer service prior to the customers order status changing from "Awaiting Processing" to "Processing" and the authorized card payment has been captured. Once the order is marked as processed and the merchandise is in the hands of the shipping carrier, the sale is final and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
