Alex Orthopedic makes cushions, pillows and positioning wedges for home use. Our Alex Orthopedic selection includes molded and convoluted donut cushions in 14, 16 and 18 inch sizes and coccyx car cushions. It also has soft cervical pillows, neck roll pillows, memory foam cervical rolls, C-shaped and long U-shaped pillows, memory foam pillows, bed wedges and leg wedges.

Each product page lists the dimensions and cover color, and many items come in more than one size. Measure the chair seat or bed space where the item will be used, and compare it with the listed size before you order.

Donut cushions come in molded and convoluted foam styles, and bed and leg wedges are listed by height, such as 6, 8 or 10 inches. Some items are sold as single units and others in cases, so check the pack count before you add an item to your cart. Covers are listed in navy, blue and cream.
