Product lead times (the time it takes for the product to be ready to ship) will vary depending on the manufacturer (location of distribution hub to the shipping address) and condition. Certified Refurbished products may have extended lead times to allow enough time for the equipment to be reconditioned and perform necessary quality control tests. Non-Stock Items that are processed at a partners facility may take longer to be dispatched. However, we will always do our best to have products ship as soon as is possible. For your convenience, you may find the estimated delivery dates on each product listing. While we aim to over-deliver, we know things may happen and want to ensure we are on top of every detail.
